Job Description
- Monitor production and quality control processes
- Ensure production deadlines are met
- Maintain production calendar
- Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Workflow optimization to improve efficiency.
- Client & Business Management
- Trend awareness and market research
- Managing the production budget
- Sourcing raw materials and Supplier management.
- Cost control and pricing strategy
- Logistics and distribution coordination (ensuring timely product delivery)
- Crisis management and problem-solving (handling production issues, delays, or defects).
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
- 4+ years experience in Clothing Production is a Must.
- Overall knowledge on how to manage a Fashion house.
- Excellent Fashion Knowledge
- Pattern-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance (e.g., ethical fashion, sustainability, safety regulations)
- Proficiency in fashion-related software (e.g., PLM systems, Adobe Illustrator for patterns, Excel for budgeting or equivalent)
- Leadership & Team Management.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
