Ngcom Lastmile Solution is an ISP in the city of Port Harcourt providing interenet service through fiber optics and radio installation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with 1 - 3 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

• Financial Accounting – Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial statements.
• Bookkeeping – Managing general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR) – Processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Payroll Processing – Calculating salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Taxation & Compliance – Basic knowledge of corporate taxes, VAT, and payroll taxes.
• Financial Reporting – Preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisting in financial planning and budget preparation.
• Bank Reconciliation – Comparing financial records with bank statements.
• Accounting Software – Proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM, Mailchips, Xero, Sage, SAP, or Tally.
• Excel & Data Analysis – Using spreadsheets for financial calculations, pivot tables, and .

Soft Skills:

• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
• Analytical Thinking – Interpreting financial data to detect discrepancies.
• Time Management – Meeting deadlines for financial reports and tax filings.
