We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager 

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end of the business operations and leading and supervising departmental heads to ensure productivity efficiency of operations and providing direction on how best to handle different tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. Business Managers will help implement strategies that will help generate revenue or profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations of the company
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Lead and motivate teams to meet objectives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or Sales
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
