Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Developer / IT Product Marketer to drive market expansion and brand positioning for our Fintech applications, logistics solutions, and other IT products.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and executing marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Fintech (digital payments, virtual banking, lending platforms, payment gateways)and Logistics applications (fleet management, e-commerce fulfillment, cargo tracking, last-mile delivery solutions).
  • Engage with financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, and SMEs to drive adoption of our technology solutions.
  • Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models to optimize business growth.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting Fintech and logistics technology adoption.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance visibility and partnerships.

Product Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for Fintech and logistics applications, ensuring a strong brand presence.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including product presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and video demos tailored for financial institutions, logistics providers, and tech partners.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing) to generate product awareness and demand.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to enhance user experience and marketing assets.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to refine messaging and product positioning.
  • Develop customer onboarding materials and conduct training sessions for new clients and partners.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or product marketing in Fintech, Logistics, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payments, banking APIs, supply chain software, fleet management platforms, and AI-driven logistics solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales, partnerships, and client acquisition in tech-driven industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital marketing analytics, and B2B sales platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to emerging technologies.
