We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experienced Bookkeeper
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with accountants and auditors as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or DIploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and record-keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate.
