Gbendan Company Limited is an Agro-processing and packaging company located in Ogijo, Sagamu local government of Ogun State, Nigeria. We currently produce and package indigenous agricultural products such as Ofada rice, Plantain flour, Garri Ijebu, Poundo Rice, Yam flour, Custard Powder, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Flour Mill Operator

Locations: Lagos & Ogijo, Ogun

Job Summary

• Operating Machinery: Control and operate grinding machines or mills to process grains like wheat and gram into flour or animal feed.
• Setting Mill Parameters: Adjust roller settings according to the desired fineness of the flour, ensuring consistent quality.
• Monitoring Process: Observe the milling process, ensuring a steady flow of grain and addressing any blockages in the machinery.
• Quality Control: Periodically check the quality of the flour produced, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment, including oiling machinery and troubleshooting issues.
• Documentation: Maintain records of production schedules, process parameters, and quality checks as per organizational standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations throughout the milling process.
