Job Summary

• Are you a dynamic Group Chief Technical Officer? Join our client to lead their technology strategy, driving seamless IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital innovation.
• This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and spearheading business transformation in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and risk management.
• Drive digital transformation and emerging technology adoption.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Lead IT governance, vendor management, and data analytics.
• Mentor and build a high-performing tech team.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MSc/MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience: 8 - 10 years in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in senior management (preferably in the finance sector).
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, expertise in cybersecurity, innovation, and effective stakeholder management.
