Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the team and assist in achieving excellence in people management and organizational development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
  • Foster supportive work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting positive communication between team members and management.
  • Identify staff training needs, design and implement professional development programs, and monitor progress to ensure continuous growth and high performance among employees.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labor laws and create a structured work environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes by providing tools and guidance for managers, enabling consistent and constructive feedback is given to team members.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits, providing accuracy and timely delivery while working closely with management to review and update compensation structures.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals, including staffing plans, succession planning, and organizational structure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems to streamline processes and data management.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
