Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst - Omni Retail

Location: Ijora, Lagos

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to enhance operational efficiency at Omni retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking sales performance, monitoring shipments, and identifying delays in order fulfillment.
  • This role requires proactive engagement with Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Regional Business Managers (RBMs) to ensure the smooth movement of goods and timely sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Shipment Monitoring:

  • Track daily and weekly shipment progress, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
  • Proactively follow up with ABMs & RBMs to resolve shipment delays.
  • Analyze sales trends, operational bottlenecks, and shipment inefficiencies.
  • Identify slow-moving inventory and collaborate with sales teams to drive sales strategies.

Reporting & Data Analysis:
Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

  • Number of shipments made vs. targets.
  • Sales performance across regions.
  • Challenges affecting shipment execution.
  • Delays and actions taken to resolve them.
  • Provide data-driven insights on sales growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.

Coordination & Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Ensure that shipments and deliveries are executed without unnecessary delays.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales operations, logistics, or business analysis (FMCG/E-commerce preferred).
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools).
  • Hands-on experience with sales tracking, data analytics, and process monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of shipment delays.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
