Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management of construction projects.
• They will ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis and budget estimation for construction projects.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Negotiate contracts, procure materials, and monitor project expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Evaluate project risks and provide financial guidance to optimize costs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to projects.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related tools.
• Membership with professional bodies (e.g., NIQS, RICS) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
