Structured Trade Analyst at the Alternative Bank

The Alternative Bank is an independent financial organization in the Non-interest Banking (NIB) sector. Financial operations on the Alternative Bank is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria. License to commence operations was granted in 2014. Trading and investment products provided by the Alternative Bank is wholly owned.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: 

Job Title: Structured Trade Analyst

Location: Lagos
Department: Trade

Job Objective

• To develop and manage agriculture-related non-interest banking product papers and maintain a healthy portfolio for the bank.

Educational Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 
• Must have a valid NYSC Certificate
• Strong Business Analysis & Negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the Market/Sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Functional/Technical Competencies

• Product Knowledge, Stakeholder management, Customer Needs Identification, Cost control, Market and sector knowledge, Knowledge of banking operations, Analytical skills.
