Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will not only have excellent cooking skills but will also possess a keen eye for quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes catering to various dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to the restaurant’s quality assurance practices and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and innovative menu items.
• Oversee food storage and ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Follow food handling guidelines and adhere to hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven 4-7 years of experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong creativity and ability to tailor meals to diverse dietary requirements.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
