Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the waitress team to ensure top-notch service
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff for excellent customer experience
• Handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to service standards
• Assist in scheduling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waitress Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.
