Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to join our HR Consulting firm. 
• The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs, drive training sales, and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Training Development and Delivery:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
• Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards.

Training Sales and Marketing:

• Drive training sales and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct client needs assessments to identify training opportunities.
• Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Training Costing and Operations:

• Develop and manage training budgets and costs.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and facilitators.
• Ensure smooth training operations and delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on curriculum development, training sales, and client engagement.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
