Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT Services and IT Consulting.
