Job description

  • Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas production, unit operations, maintenance and also Renewable Energy market, SPIE Global Services Energy was selected to provide this activity on ERHA project in Nigeria.
  • In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a CSR Coach H/F.
  • This position is located Offshore in Rotational Mode 4x4.
  • We need an experienced CSR (Contract Site Representative)/Maintenance Supervisor to provide coaching in maintenance processes and management.

Profile

  • The candidate must have been a CSR or Maintenance Supervisor on a GMC (General Maintenance Contract) for a minimum of 5 years.
  • The candidate must be experienced in the following:
    • CMMS
    • Managing multi discipline maintenance teams
    • Maintenance execution management
    • Compliance with KPI's
    • Maintenance planning and scheduling
    • FPSO experience
    • Offshore role to mentor and coach a new CSR in maintenance management.
