Job Summary

• We require an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing spa staff, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining the serene and nurturing environment that spa is known for.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or Certifications in Spa/Wellness Management or Holistic Health are a plus.
• 3-5 years in spa management or wellness center operations.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Passion for holistic wellness and a client-centered approach.
• Must have SPA experience.
