Responsibilities
- Coordinating virtual and in-person meetings.
- Documenting minutes and developing post-meeting communiqués.
- Managing correspondence and official documentation.
- Supporting the media team with content preparation and communication strategies.
- Upholding the integrity and values of the office.
Key Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Preferred Gender: Male (open to all qualified candidates)
- Must be an indigene or current resident of Ilesa.
- Exceptional computer literacy: Proficiency in organizing virtual meetings, preparing minutes, drafting communiqués, and managing digital correspondence.
- Outstanding command of English: Fluent in written and spoken English with impeccable grammar and articulation.
- Superior presentation skills: Ability to represent the office with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
- Soft Skills: Humble, calm, articulate, and team-oriented. Must avoid over-ambition and prioritize collaborative success.
- Team Player: Will collaborate closely with media team and other staff to ensure seamless operations.
