Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Travel Consultant to join our team.
- This role is ideal for individuals who love travel and customer service and are eager to learn about the travel industry.
- You will assist clients in planning their trips, provide travel recommendations, and support senior travel agents in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and update client travel records in the booking system.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and promotional offers.
- Assist in preparing travel documents, itineraries, and invoices.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn about the industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
