Purpose Statement
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As the sales account manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment, credit and retail unit, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and increasing revenue.
- You will utilize your strong sales experience to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Focus on deposit mobilization, securing high-value deposits, and expanding the company’s investment portfolio.
- Identify, acquire, and retain clients for credit and BNPL offerings, ensuring high conversion.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring continuous business growth.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize product offerings and client engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports to assess progress toward revenue goals.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to boost product adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as an account manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the FinTech and financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in deposit mobilization, credit, or retail products.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investment, lending, and digital payment solutions.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills to acquire and retain high-value clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both corporate and individual clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
