Job Summary

• The General Manager (Civil) will oversee all civil engineering activities related to oil and gas infrastructure projects. 
• This includes leading engineering teams, managing construction activities, and ensuring project execution aligns with industry standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for engineering challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing civil construction projects.
• Train and mentor civil engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in civil engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in structural design, foundation engineering, and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
