Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
• Manage inventory, orders, and cost control.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and performance analysis.

Requirements

• NCE / HND qualification
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Age range: 27 – 35 years.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.
• Willingness to work on a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
