Quicky Restaurant is a 24-hours restaurant with good quality of food and good services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fast Food Manager

Location: Bodija - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
• Train and motivate the team members to deliver prompt actions.
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
• Develop strategies for improving our customers dining experience
• Move throughout the kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Judge appearance and taste of products and also check preparation method to determine quality.
• Give guidance towards improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
• Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Oversee our kitchen staff's compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements.
• Ensuring checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer orders and prompt deliver.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HND or with 5-10 years work experience.
• Ability to multitask.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
