We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Bodija Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
• You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life and communication.
• Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant.
• Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
• Handling of reports

Job Description

• Monitoring food handling, storage,and preparation to prevent contamination.
• Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers.
• Monitor raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also control.
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
• Performance monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
