Job Description
Troubleshooting and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain and update computer systems and software.

Network Administration:

• Manage and maintain computer networks, including hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and security.
• Install and configure network devices.

Data Management:

• Manage and store data using databases and other systems.
• Ensure data security and integrity.
• Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures.

Security:

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect computer systems and data.
• Monitor for and respond to security threats.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Software Development and Engineering:

• Design, develop, and test software applications.
• Write and maintain code.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.

Hardware Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware problems.
• Manage computer hardware inventory.

Help Desk Support:

• Provide technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software.
• Answer user questions and resolve issues.
• Document and track user issues.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
