Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and performance. 
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Maintain up-to-date training records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement e-learning solutions and other innovative training methods.
