Job Description

  • A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees all aspects of an organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Recruitment and Hiring:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
    • Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns and grievances, and mediate disputes.
    • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance:

    • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, safety, and discrimination.
  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
    • Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
    • Manage the HR budget.
  • Other Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.
    • Work with other departments to ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND with 3 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
