We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Security Management: Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans for the hospital.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the security personnel to maintain a high standard of vigilance.
  • Surveillance & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and threat analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate security responses to incidents such as theft, violence, fire outbreaks, and medical emergencies.
  • Access Control & Monitoring: Implement and oversee access control systems to restrict unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Crisis Management: Develop crisis intervention strategies and coordinate drills for emergency preparedness.
  • Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and security agencies.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to security policies, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices while providing periodic security reports to senior management.
  • Technology Utilization: Oversee the use of security technology, including CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and biometric access controls.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or misconduct, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND qualification with 5+ years of experience.
