Job Title: Field Recovery Agent

Locations: Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland - Lagos, Ilorin - Kwara, Ibadan - Oyo and Ijebu Ode - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
• Contact debtors and pursue payment.
• Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
• Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
• Reducing the non-performing debts owed to the company
• Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
• Any other task that may be assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

• OND / HND / NCE / BSc
• 1 - 2 years experience in debt recovery in a finance company, microfinance or bank
• Must live in Lagos Island, Kwara state, Ilorin, Abeokuta,Lagos Mainland, (Ajah, Epe, Lekki, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Iyan-ipaja, Taiwo road, Yoruba road, and environs)
• Must be street smart
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to follow policy and procedures.
• Commitment to achieving performance goals.
• Available to resume immediately.

Salary
N82,000 monthly.
