Job Title: Head of Nursery

Location: Maba, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the nursery section, ensuring high standards of early childhood education.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices in early childhood education.
• Lead and mentor nursery teachers to enhance teaching quality and classroom management.
• Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation in early years teaching methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years teaching experience in a nursery school setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Passion for early years education and child development.
