Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:

  • Identify market trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities.

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to expand Gidimedics’ network and service reach.

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, sales outreach, and conversion to achieve revenue targets.

Proposal & Presentation Management:

  • Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value of Gidimedics’ services.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. 
  • Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and performance metrics.

Contract Negotiation & Management:

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term relationships.

Qualifications
Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
