Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
- Identify market trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities.
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to expand Gidimedics’ network and service reach.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, sales outreach, and conversion to achieve revenue targets.
Proposal & Presentation Management:
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value of Gidimedics’ services.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
Contract Negotiation & Management:
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
