Job Summary

  • We seek compassionate Caregivers & Home Health Aides to provide personalized, hands-on assistance to our patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Reminders: Help ensure patients take medications on time, following prescribed schedules.
  • Vital Signs & Basic Monitoring: Check and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and other vital indicators; report any concerns to medical supervisors.
  • Housekeeping Assistance: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, performing light housekeeping tasks and laundry as needed.
  • Patient Mobility: Aid with transfers, walking, and exercise routines to ensure patient safety and promote mobility.
  • Emotional Support: Engage patients in conversation, provide companionship, and report changes in mood or behavior.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of patient care activities, noting any significant observations for nurses and doctors.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience or certification as a caregiver, home health aide, or equivalent role in healthcare or senior care.

Additional Preferences: (Optional)

  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate or any relevant healthcare certification.
  • Experience working with elderly or chronic disease patients.
  • Valid driver’s license if driving between patients’ homes is required.
  • Ability to follow care plans, document patient activities, and communicate effectively with the medical team.
  • Physical capability to assist patients with mobility and transfers.
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic personality—dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life.
  • Basic first aid training is highly desirable.
