Responsibilities
Answering Customer Inquiries:

• Addressing customer questions about products, services, orders, and company policies via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Resolving Customer Issues:

• Promptly and effectively addressing customer complaints, technical problems, and other concerns.

Processing Orders and Transactions:

• Handling customer orders, processing payments, and managing returns or cancellations.

Providing Technical Support:

• Assisting customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.

Maintaining Customer Records:

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Building Customer Relationships:

• Establishing rapport with customers, providing personalized service, and fostering positive interactions.

Requirements

• OND qualification with 2 years of experience.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
