Our product line includes Suco, Cocoa powder drink, Hyfiba, Fast-O-Meal, and Sobake.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Role Description

• The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, ensure product quality standards, and coordinate with various departments to maintain efficiency. 
• Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, supervising the production team, and implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Tech, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3 - 20 years of hands on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in manufacturing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with food production standards and compliance is a plus
• Proficiency in production management software is an advantage.
