Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and drive the bank’s strategic growth objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Lead business development efforts, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.
• Drive innovation in mortgage banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
• Ensure the bank’s financial health through prudent risk management, investment decisions, and cost control.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Build and nurture a high-performing executive team, fostering a strong leadership culture.
• Represent the bank in key industry forums, government engagements, and public relations activities.
• Drive corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to enhance the bank’s public image and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of banking experience, with at least 8 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record in mortgage banking, corporate leadership, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge banking solutions.
