Swift Consulting - Our client, a Real Estate firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Realtors Relations Manager

Location: Sangotedo - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales programs to support realtors.
• Serve as a liaison between realtors and other departments within the company
• Manage and track realtor performance
• Provide training and education to realtors on the company’s products and services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to learn and grow.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
