Africa Technology Hub Limited - Our client, a reputable Federal Government Agency, is currently recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Inspector

Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Work Mode: Physical

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inspections and forensic investigations to detect financial misstatements, fraud, and regulatory breaches.
• Conduct in-depth audits of financial statements to assess compliance with IFRS, IPSAS, and other applicable standards.
• Evaluate internal controls and financial reporting systems of PIEs to identify weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze complex financial data to uncover inconsistencies, misreporting, or fraudulent transactions.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings with actionable recommendations for regulatory enforcement and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of post-professional qualification experience in auditing, financial reporting, or accounting.
• Certification in IFRS and IPSAS is mandatory.
• Membership of a recognized professional body is mandatory.
