Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and growth strategy of the shapewear company. 
• This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and ensure efficient production and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior management on long-term business planning.
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring strong performance from sales and marketing teams.
• Develop e-commerce strategies to drive online sales through the company website and third-party platforms.
• Ensure smooth production and supply chain operations, optimizing cost and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management strategies.
• Oversee quality control and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Track and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Lead and motivate teams across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Train, and manage staff to align with company goals and values.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and performance evaluations.
• Enhance customer experience through personalized service and engagement strategies.
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Manage customer feedback and implement improvements to strengthen brand loyalty.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or shapewear industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail distribution.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
