Job Overview

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven School Marketer to promote our school’s programs, increase enrollment, and build strong relationships with parents and the community.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to develop creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new students.
• Engage with parents, guardians, and the community to promote the school’s programs.
• Conduct school visits, organize open houses, and represent the school at community events.
• Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials to targeted locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with primary schools, churches, and organizations for referrals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Social media and digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
