Job Description
- A Business Development Officer in a consulting firm is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Responsibilities
Key Duties include:
- Market Research & Strategy: Conducting market analysis to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the consulting industry.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Building relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting compelling proposals, RFPs (requests for proposals), and pitches to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Managing ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaboration: Working closely with consulting teams to align client needs with the firm’s services.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the firm’s revenue growth.
Qualifications
- HND/BSC in any relevant studies
- 2-5 Years of experience in HR Consulting , Insurance, or any other related services
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
- • Knowledge of the consulting industry and market trends.
