Job Title: Community Health Extension Worker

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Job Role

• The ideal candidate will provide essential healthcare services, promote community health awareness, and support medical interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver basic healthcare services, including immunization, maternal care, and disease prevention.
• Conduct community health education and awareness programs.
• Assist in diagnosing and treating minor ailments under medical supervision.
• Monitor and report community health trends.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Community Health (CHEW) from a recognized institution.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in community health services.
• Valid practicing license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available for immediate employment.
• Must reside within Magodo, Ketu, Ikosi, Shangisha, Berger, Ikeja, or nearby areas.
