Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, HubSpot, WhatsApp, and phone. 
  • This role ensures the efficient processing of requests and purchase orders for heavy machinery and spare parts while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Head of Sales, prepares sales documentation, coordinates with internal teams to follow up on orders, and ensures prompt, professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales targets.

Accountability & Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support for the Head of Sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.
  • Prepare any sales documentation needed such as sales contract etc. and submit it to the Head of Sales.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to help achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet customer needs.
  • Manage customer data and interactions using HubSpot.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Follow up on orders and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with experience in customer service, sales assistance, or sales administration in the Heavy Machinery industry or relevant industry.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent command of English, French is a plus
  • Google Workspace – Intermediate level
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and vibrant attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
