We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build scalable solutions.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and business data to inform product decisions.
• Ensure seamless product development through agile methodologies.
• Continuously optimize product performance and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in product management within tech, fintech, blockchain, or AI.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable and user-friendly products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders).
• Knowledge of agile development, UX/UI best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
