Job Title: Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Manager Lead

Location: Ijora, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Group Head, Legal, Risk & Sustainability

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance & Engagement – Obtain necessary licenses, liaise with regulators, and ensure policy updates.
  • Policy Development & Implementation – Develop compliance policies and conduct training for employees and partners.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Reporting – Conduct audits, investigate violations, and oversee stock counts.
  •  Industry Engagement & Advocacy – Build relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company in industry forums.
  • Process Optimization & Central Repository Management – Automate regulatory processes, maintain compliance records, and streamline engagement procedures.
  • Inventory & Partner Management – Ensure compliance across MFCs, logistics, and partners while managing stock integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in compliance, loss prevention, or regulatory engagement (FMCG, financial services, or lending experience is a plus).
  • Certifications: Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or relevant certifications preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of regulations in financial services, data protection, and FMCG.
  • Experience in obtaining licenses and ensuring business regulatory approvals.
  • Proficiency in compliance training, policy drafting, and regulatory engagement.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and process automation expertise.

Salary
N800,000 per month.
