Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to market our Human Resource Outsourcing services to potential clients.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our HR outsourcing services
- Collaborate with our HR team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HR outsourcing or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong understanding of HR outsourcing services and their benefits.
