Core Responsibilities
Here's a more detailed breakdown of a driver's responsibilities:
Route Planning:

• Plan efficient routes and follow directions accurately, using navigation tools if necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform routine vehicle checks, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition and reporting any issues.

Customer Service:

• Provide a positive and helpful experience for passengers or customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and other relevant information.

Loading and Unloading:

• Assist with loading and unloading cargo or passengers, ensuring items are secured properly.

Safe Driving:

• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Additional Responsibilities (Depending on the Role):

• Delivery Driver: Collect and deliver goods to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Chauffeur: Transport individuals to and from appointments, events, or other destinations.
• Truck Driver: Operate large commercial vehicles, transporting goods over long distances.
• Personal Driver: Provide transportation for individuals, often including errands and appointments.
• Utility Driver: Operate various vehicles, including trucks and other large vehicles, for tasks like delivering containers and mobile offices.
• Local Driver: Operate vehicles within a limited area, often for deliveries or pickups.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / NCE / SSCE qualification with 6 - 8 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly.
