Job Title: Program Director / Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Program Director/Coordinator( female preferred) to oversee program planning, execution, and coordination.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • However, recent graduates or serving corps members (NYSC) with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of programs, engaging stakeholders, and driving impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily program operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor program performance, track progress, and prepare reports on key milestones.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support and supervise program staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Corps members (NYSC) or recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder engagement and team coordination is an advantage.
