Job Summary 

• IT / Digital Content Administratormanages a company's digital content and marketing platforms. 
• They May also be responsible for maintenance of digital marketing platforms, including websites, social media accounts, etc. 
• The position will also support an assigned office through analyzing and tracking web and social media analytics and making recommendations that support office goals.

Responsibilities

• Content management: Manage the publishing, optimization, and updates of content on a website
• Content creation: Create web content like articles, videos, and banner ads
• Content quality: Review content for relevance and accessibility before publishing
• Content strategy: Develop content strategies to meet the company's goals
• Content publishing: Manage content publishing timelines and supervise deliverables
• Content user experience: Ensure content is user-friendly and optimized to reduce bounce rate
• Content analytics: Analyze and track web and social media analytics
• Content recommendations: Make recommendations based on analytics to support office goals
• Content workflow: Implement content management tools to streamline workflow and efficiency
• Content collaboration: Collaborate with the content development team to schedule, review, and publish content

Skills and Knowledge

• Qualification B.Sc Marketing and Computer Science.
• Proficiency in digital skills, Knowledge of instructional design or copywriting, Knowledge of the company's brand values, Understanding of cross-border business issues, and Knowledge of current and emerging trends.
