Presto HQ is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.
• Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to track and improve campaign performance.
• Optimize conversion rates (CRO) for landing pages and ad funnels.
• Work with content creators and designers to develop high-performing ads.
• Report campaign performance, insights, and growth strategies.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience.
• Proven experience in running paid digital campaigns with a strong ROI.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analysis tools.
• Creative mindset for developing compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
