Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seek the services of an organised, detailed and an experienced Telemarketers.
• The ideal candidate will beresponsible forengaging potential customers via phone, providing product/service information, handling inquiries, and driving sales, while also maintaining records and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads for follow up and closing.
• Explain product knowledge, benefits and other supporting information that will help prospects make informed decision.
• Get to understand customers requirements and identify their needs.
• Answer customers information about products, and other objections.
• Obtain customers detailed information for proper planning and followup.
• Work with the CRM Manager to ensure excellent entry into the CRM and for efficiency

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing is required.
• Effective communication skill, oral and written is required.
• The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and tone is essential.
• Multi-lingua feature is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
